Eating clouds, spitting on the continental divide, and hot springs!

This morning we woke up and headed straight to the basillica. Initially we climed up the turrets, tori dropped her camera off the wooden bridge, and some people came close to peeing their pants while climbing to the top. It was quite the view. Then we all climbed the belfrey. No, they would not let us hang out in the open. Once we left the church we watched a parade outside the presidential house honoring the condor because it is becoming extinct. For lunch we went to McDonalds, quite good. We then left for the hot springs. We got to spit on the continental divide and eat clouds on the way up. The hot springs were awesome, some of the pools were really really hot, and there was one pool that was frigid. A couple of us jumped between the two a couple times....it burned! After changing we got back onto the bus and went to Carlos and Karens for a breakfast dinner. After games and checking emails we went back to the guest house to sleep.

Missing you all.

My little peanut butter cups,

Sounds like a day from a book I once read!!! Truly magical!

Ryan,
Did you remember your towel and a change of clothes? Remember to take care of yourself and to keep dry.

Guess what happened at the beauty salon?...

Jillian lookes right at the hair dresser and tells her to cut her hair just like Brookies!!!

All that beautiful, long, princess hair is gone!!! I couldn't believe my eyes. She just sat there with a smile on her face the whole time and watched her hair fall to the ground.
After it was all said and done, she looks in the mirror and says to herself....I am so beautiful!!

Hard to believe she can even be more beautiful, but it's true...the cut looks great.

How is the running going? Was I right about the hard to breathe stuff?

How are the boys? Is Teddy eating well? Did Stephen stop and smell 2 flowers for us yet?

I bet the warm springs felt good on the muscles!!!

Well I'm missing you and loving you too much as usual. Tell Katherine she is an angel for keeping us parents in the loop. I would've gone mad w/out her checkins daily.

I love you all and know that you are in everyone's thoughts and prayers.

"Tubbie" and the rest,

Miss you! I am off to take Philip and Danny N. to meet Coach at Xcross camp. So how is YOUR (Ryan too!) running going? And by the way, your room is on the list for a deep clean as well! Thanks for the updates.

Do as Mrs. OD tells you -- take time to enjoy God's beautiful creation.

Hi Carl and Youth Group! Keep up the good work. Are you getting adjusted to the altitude yet? When I was in Mexico City in February I was tired all the time, an that is only 8000 feet up.
